Important: CDPAP Program Changes
Due to a significant policy change enacted by Governor Kathy Hochul, Marton Care® (CDPAP) has been forced to drastically reduce its operations as of April 1, 2025. Hochul's unconstitutional and controversial policy eliminated over 600 fiscal intermediaries across New York without compensation or proper transition plans. Additionally, this policy disrupted care for tens of thousands of families who are reliant on the care, and sidelined trusted, community-based providers like Marton Care® (CDPAP).
While we remain open on a limited basis, we are currently unable to accept new enrollments under the CDPAP program. Existing consumers may also be affected, depending on individual case circumstances.
We are actively monitoring ongoing litigation and are participating in legal challenges that seek to overturn this decision. We remain fully committed to resuming full operations as soon as we are legally permitted.
